How BHC works

1. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Browse available apparel and choose your:

  • Style
  • Size
  • Colour
  • Front Print Option
  • Department or unit selection

Add items to your cart and complete checkout.

Orders can be paid online or through email money transfer.

2. MONTHLY ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are collected throughout the month.

All orders are processed together on the final day of each month.

3. PRINTING & PRODUCTION

Once the monthly ordering window closes:

  • Apparel is printed
  • Orders are sorted by hospital & department
  • Items are packaged for delivery or pickup

All items are made-to-order.

4. DELIVERY TO YOUR UNIT

Orders are delivered directly to your hospital unit or arranged for local pickup in Ottawa.

Delivery timing is dependent on

  • Order volume
  • Production schedules
  • Hospital Location

Customers will be contacted when orders are ready.
